Patient first
Every route in the authenticated portal answers a question a patient actually asks: what changed, what am I taking, and who looked at my record.
CareLoop is a patient-first portal concept for releasing health information back to the person it belongs to. This preview build walks the account, retrieval, and audit journeys with sample data so the experience can be reviewed before any service is connected.
Preview build notice: all people, records, and access events shown in this UI are clearly labeled sample data held in local mock stores. Nothing is persisted and no backend is running.
Every route in the authenticated portal answers a question a patient actually asks: what changed, what am I taking, and who looked at my record.
Released results use plain-language labels and release dates rather than raw codes, so the record reads like an explanation.
Patient-only authorization, redacted logs, and append-only audit events are design commitments of this build.
Review released results, medications, and visit summaries from a single local account, and see a record of each access.
Provider workflows, federated sign-in, appointment booking, and asynchronous job processing are explicitly out of scope for this release.
