CareLoop
Patient-first health portal

Your health records, finally in one calm place.

CareLoop gives patients a single secure local account to review released test results, medication lists, and visit summaries — with every access recorded in an append-only audit trail.

Sample data preview: this starter UI runs entirely on visibly labeled mock records and a mock session. Nothing is persisted and no backend is connected yet.

What you can do

Built around the patient journey, not the hospital org chart.

Every screen serves one job: helping a patient understand their own released health information without opening the door to anyone else's.

Released records

A read-only view of results released by your care team, with plain-language labels and release dates.

Open in portal →

Medication list

See current medications, dosages, and refill status pulled from your released record set.

Access audit trail

Review who accessed your record and when. Audit entries are append-only and omit clinical content.

Patient-only sessions

A local account bound to you alone. Provider and cross-patient access is out of scope for this release.

Visit summaries

Structured summaries of past encounters with the notes your care team chose to release.

Privacy safeguards

Logs redact record content, sessions are planned for secure cookies, and no compliance claim is made here.

The primary journey

From account to released record in five steps.

The starter UI ships the full path as an interactive mock so the flow can be evaluated before any backend work lands.

Walk the journey
  1. Create your local CareLoop account.
  2. Sign in with a server-managed session.
  3. Land on your personal dashboard.
  4. Open released records and medications.
  5. Confirm the access appears in your audit trail.
Trust and boundaries

What CareLoop does — and what it deliberately refuses to do.

  • Patient-owned data only; provider access is deferred pending an approved relationship source.
  • Structured logs with correlation IDs that redact clinical content and credentials.
  • Append-only audit events for sensitive reads and mutations, never edited in place.
  • No HIPAA, SOC 2, or clinical-safety claim is made before independent review.
